Mary Prittie mostly painted landscape images from her hometown of Port Colborne, and the surrounding beauty of the Niagara region. However, she also would occasionally do portraits and nude paintings from a studio. This is an example of the latter, using oils on masonite. It shows the diversity of subject matter that Mary would engage in.
